CSD will operate on a 2 Hour delay on 2/4/2026

Community School of Davidson will operate on a Two-Hour Delay on Wednesday, February 4th.

Lower School: MS begins at 10:05; Elementary begins at 10:15 AM. Carpool begins at 9:45 AM. Staff are expected to be on-site by 9:30 AM.

Upper School will begin at 10:05 AM and carpool begins at 9:30 AM. Staff are expected to be on-site by 9:30 AM. The unique Bell Schedule for the Upper School will be posted prior to the start of the school day.

Mrs. Foreman will be communicating the plan for RIPPLE.

Satellite buses will run on a two-hour delayed schedule.

You must register on DragonFly with a current physical to compete in CSD Sports, skill development sessions or tryouts. 

CSD will be using DragonFly, an online registration & forms collection platform, again this year. If you have a DragonFly account from last year please log back into your account & complete for the 2025-2026 season. Follow the directions below.

  • Parents must register their student-athlete online, complete all required online forms & be cleared 100% through DragonFly before a student may tryout, practice or play a sport. As new eligibility forms are added to DragonFly you will be asked to log back in & complete.

  • NCHSAA Pre-Participation Exam Form (physical) must be uploaded to complete registration. A PDF copy of the form is below and also may be downloaded on the DragonFly website. Physicals are current for 395 days from the date of the exam. If your physical expires during the season it is your responsibility to turn in a new form prior to the expiration date.  Each NCHSAA Pre-Participation Exam Form must be signed and stamped by your physician to be deemed valid. 

WHEN UPLOADING PHYSICALS PLEASE UPLOAD the 2 page Health History form together & then the Physical Exam Forn then the Medical Eligiblity Form. DO NOT USE PHOTO OF PAGES SIDE BY SIDE.

Please note:

Please register for ALL 2025-2026 interested sports during the inital registration. 

MS Athletes may only play one sport per season.

6th graders may not participate in MS Football

No MS Diving

Directions to register:

1. Visit DragonFly and click the 'Log In/Sign Up' button. 

If you participated in 2024-2025 sports please use that account & do not create another one.

2. Click 'Sign Up for Free' then follow the prompts to create your Parent account with your own email address.

Note: please do not create an account with your child's name or contact information - you will get the chance to add your child soon!

3. Verify your account with the verification ID sent to your email address.

4. Click 'Connect to your school' to select 'Parent' as your role and search for your child's school.

5. After selecting your child's school, click 'Join' to request access. An administrator at your school will approve your request.

6. Click 'Set up your children' and follow the prompts to add your kid(s) and fill out their participation forms.
